Yes, it does. That's how things work outside of WCC. I'm not being strict. If you're not online, don't post, and don't care to... well, why have vacant accounts littering the site? Oh, I told Cherry about this (she called you strict by the way Moon) and she told me how her laptop broke and her brother hogs the computer. I'm also wondering why you won't activate our friend from school, and why you didn't approve Cherry's creation yet.

Really? I can tell you guys have only ever been to WCC. On most RPs, they delete you without even giving you the chance, if you didn't make the post count or haven't been on in a month (sometimes less). I'm not being strict. I'm being very lenient. WCC only LOOKS popular. It really has much less than it advertises, because they don't clean out members.

This site is very fun. But not the strictest. I mean on the real formal rp sites. For example HPRG they make you read the rules all of the very vey long a paragraph a rule and there are a bunch. Make a "Get to know your chary" Thing and then make a very long long creation. If it isn't right you have to edit and fix all of your grammar mistakes. If you don't fix it in a week the delete you and you have to start over. Then you most post atleast once a day not to be deleted. If you aren't on for a month then you are deleted without warning. Thing is you think posting once a day is easy, it is but there is an order and you must have atleat two well structured paragraphs.
